Faith Montessori Staff


Jodie BolingerJodie Bolinger (Director, Teacher) - Ball State University in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She has substitute taught in Noblesville Public Schools, and has experience with children of all ages. She and her husband Randy are raising four boys and one daughter! In addition to being the Director, she works as a teacher in the classroom.  Jodie is dedicated to sharing her love for Christian Montessori Education with our community. Amy AshleyAmy Ashley (Teacher) - Amy is wife to Paul, mom to Madeline, Sawyer, Finnegan, Jonathan and Liam. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education with kindergarten and bilingual/bi-cultural endorsements from Ball State University. Amy wrote and implemented full-day kindergarten curriculum and preschool curriculum for ages 2-5. She has taught full-day kindergarten, K-5th grade English as a Second Language and third and fourth grades before Madeline was born. Recently, she has taught 2 and three year-old preschool and pre-kindergarten at the YMCA, and was the Director of Children's Ministry at Common Ground Christian Church. Amy enjoys knitting, reading and coffee! God has really given her a love and desire to teach. He continues to provide her with amazing opportunities to mentor teachers, develop curriculum and shepherd young ones in her preschool classes.


Jennifer BishopJennifer Bishop (Teacher)

Mrs. Jennifer Bishop was born in England, with a love for children and teaching. When she was ten, her family moved to Upland, Indiana where she went to school and later attended Taylor University. Jennifer graduated from Taylor with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Kindergarten Endorsement. After Graduation, she married Tim, her high school sweetheart. (this April will be their 20 year dating anniversary.) When they were first married Jennifer and Tim lived in Westfield where Jennifer worked as a toddler teacher and a tutor. Then they moved north of Noblesville, and had Kate who is in third grade, and Claire who is in Kindergarten. Jennifer has been blessed to be able to be a stay-at-home Mom while babysitting/ for a homeschooling family of four. She is an active member of Faith Community Church, loves children and teaching, and is very excited to be following God's calling in her life by becoming  a teacher at Faith Montessori Preschool.


Danor OrrDanor Orr (Teacher) – Danor has been a teacher in our preschool for 7 years.  She is thrilled to come back this year to teach the Bible class.  She feels blessed to work with such dedicated and loving teachers and such fine children.  She lives in Noblesville with her two children and husband, and has substitute taught all ages in the Noblesville school system.  She received her B.A. in Elementary Education at Indiana University/Purdue University Indianapolis.  Bible is the perfect class for her to teach because of her love for the Lord and her desire to share God’s goodness and grace with our students and their families.


Elizabeth SchurmanElizabeth Schurman (Teacher) - Mrs. Schurman grew up in Northern Ohio and attended a Montessori school as a child. She has been dancing since the age of five and loves the arts and most sports. Mrs. Schurman graduated from Butler University with a degree in International Business and continued to dance at Bulter and Jordan school of Dance. Before settling down she lived in Belgium, France and three different states. She is married to Brett and has three energetic boys, Jacob, Alec and Nicholas. Mrs. Schurman has been teaching young children (music, dance, language arts, math, Bible school and sports) since she was a sophomore in high school. A few of her favorite things are traveling (especially to Europe or the beach), gardening, cooking, playing with her kiddos, and reading (historic fiction).


Nicole McGeeNicole McGee (Teacher) - Ms. McGhee was born and raised in Noblesville and earned her degree in Education from IUPUI. She taught second grade in Pike Township and enjoyed being a camp counselor during the summers in Noblesville, Fishers and Hawaii with the YMCA. Ms. McGhee grew up in gymnastics beginning at age 3 and then became passionate about Taekwondo. She has been instructing Taekwondo for 15 years and opened Harbour Town Martial Arts in 2010 which promote focus, courtesy, self-control, self-confidence and fitness. 


Beth Rutan

Jennifer Brodhead (Kindergarten Teacher) - Mrs. Brodhead taught second grade at Heritage Christian School and was an Instructional Assistant at Stony Creek Elementary for three years.  When she's not teaching, she is busy with her five boys.  Mrs. Brodhead enjoys biking, hiking and attending sporting events with her boys.  Her family is very active in their church and cherishes the "family" they have there.

Mimi PerryMimi Perry (Teacher) - Mrs. Perry taught at Stony Creek Elementary in Noblesville for ten years.  She loved teaching Kindergarten and especially loved teaching reading.  After teaching, she became a full time Mom to her son Michael and enjoyed volunteering in his classes.  After doing some tutoring, she is very excited to step back into the classroom.  She is a graduate of Indiana University earning both a B.S. and a M.S. in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten endorsement. She and her husband Chris enjoy spending time with family and friends.

 Jennifer Ringenberg (Teacher) - Mrs. Ringenberg graduated from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education with a science endorsement and a minor in Spanish. While in college she met her husband, Ryan (a Carmel High School teacher), and married him in 2002. They are the parents of Jack, Grant, Caroline, and Elizabeth (a new Faith Montessori student). She has taught 3rd grade and elementary Spanish and comes to Faith Montessori from the Y, where she has taught pre-kindergarten for the past eight years. In her free time, Jen enjoys reading, traveling, and working on her new house. She is thrilled to teach science this year!

Lucy Benson (Teacher)Mrs. Benson lives in Westfield with her husband, Taylor and 4 sons: Logan, Preston, Caden, and McKay.  She grew up in Utah with a love for children and quickly realized she wanted to be a teacher.  She graduated from Utah Valley University with a B.A. in Elementary Education and Early Childhood.  She taught preschool for three years before taking some time off to be a stay at home mom.  This is her third year back teaching, but her first year at Faith Montessori. In her spare time she enjoys reading, sewing, crafting, and being outdoors with her family.  

Dawn McGraw (Teacher) -  Mrs. McGraw grew up in Columbus, Indiana and attended Ball State University. While there, she earned a degree in Elementary Education with a Kindergarten endorsement and a minor in Spanish. After college, she moved to Indianapolis and married her college sweetheart, Mike. She taught 2nd grade in Warren Township for 9 years. After that, she enjoyed the opportunity of staying home and spending extra time with her children, Kate and Joshua. She also had a hard battle with breast cancer in 2009, but is doing much better now. Teaching science and Bible at Faith has been a great experience!
