We have a very qualified staff with degreed teachers and a wealth of experience.

Faith Montessori Staff

 

Jodie Bolinger (Faith Montessori Owner) - I have a degree in Education and Marketing from Ball State University.  I also am certified in Montessori education.  My family consists of 4 boys ages 21-27 and a girl that is 12 years old.  My husband and I have been married for 29 years and have lived in Noblesville since 1999.  I love going on vaction with my family and spending summers in our pool.  We have a dog, a horse, goats, chickens, and ducks on our property.  We love animals!  


Mrs. Stotts - (Noblesville location) - My name is Elizabeth. I am from Chile. I am married to Brett and we have a 10 year old daughter named Emily. We moved here to Indiana where my husband is from. I am very grateful to be apart of Faith Montessori. 

Jennifer Bishop (Open Door Second and Third Grade) - I “asked Jesus into my heart” when I was very young, and try know Him better everyday. I always wanted to be a teacher “when I grew up”, and have many fond memories of playing school with my brothers and sister. I am the 1st and 2nd grade teacher at the Open Door Location. I received my teaching degree from Taylor University in 2002, and married my high school sweetheart the week after graduation.   I worked as a toddler teacher for a few years before becoming a Mom to Kate and Claire and then started teaching with Faith Montessori as a preschool teacher in 2015.   I like tea, spending time with my family and being in nature.  

 

Danor Orr (Open Door Bible Teacher) - Mrs. Orr is the Bible teacher at the Open Door location. She has been teaching at Faith Montessori since it opened in 2010. She has  an elementary education degree from IUPUI and loves teaching children about Jesus. Mrs. Orr has been married for 31 years and has  raised two wonderful children, Kaley & Jake. She and her husband enjoy playing tennis, going to church, and hanging out at Morse Reservoir.

 

Mrs. Nail (Open Door Science Teacher ) - Mrs. Nail is married and has 4 children and 2 fabulous grandchildren. She has over 20 years of experience teaching preshool and assisting in kindergarten classrooms. She loves children and knows it is a blessing from God to have the opportunity to work with them each day. In her free tiem she enjoys gardening, cooking, crocheting, and spending time with her family.  

 

Nicole McGee

Nicole McGee (Open Door Language & Math Teacher) - Ms. McGhee was born and raised in Noblesville and earned her degree in Education from IUPUI. She taught second grade in Pike Township and enjoyed being a camp counselor during the summers in Noblesville, Fishers and Hawaii with the YMCA. Ms. McGhee grew up in gymnastics beginning at age 3 and then became passionate about Taekwondo. She has been instructing Taekwondo for 20  years and opened Harbour Town Martial Arts in 2010 which promote focus, courtesy, self-control, self-confidence and fitness. Ms. Mcghee has been at Faith since we opened in 2010.

 

 

 

Jennifer SteinigerJennifer Steininger (Open Door Kindergarten Teacher) - Mrs. Steininger taught second grade at Heritage Christian School and was an Instructional Assistant at Stony Creek Elementary for three years. When she's not teaching, she is busy with her five boys and grandson. Mrs. Steininger enjoys biking, hiking and attending sporting events with her boys. Her family is very active in their church and cherishes the "family" they have there.

 

 

 


Amy Gammon (2/3's Teacher) - Amy is a 2/3’s teacher at Faith Open Door. She has spent the last 5 years as the children’s director and office administrator for Open Door Church where her husband, Jeff, has been the lead pastor for the past 15 years. Before “officially” coming on staff at Open Door, Amy taught 1st grade at Legacy Christian School for 9 years. She received her elementary ed degree from Greenville University in 1990, and except for taking a few years off while her kids were young, has taught elementary students in both public and private schools ever since. They have a daughter, Bethany who is married to Mason, and a son, Matthew. They live in a pet-friendly home and have a dog, Pebbles, and cat, John. Amy also gives piano lessons to 13 students and enjoys reading and cooking. 

Whitney Scott (2/3's Teacher)  -Whitney is a 2/3’s teacher at Faith Open Door. She has been married for 28 years to her husband Dave.  They have raised two fantastic kids - Jack, who is married to Emily, and Leanne. Whitney and Dave enjoy antiquing, mini vacations to new places, and spending time with family. 

Shannon Smith  - Mrs. Smith has taught preschool for 15 years. She has a degree in Early Childhood, and is trained in Montessori teaching for children ages 3-6. Her and her husband have lived in Noblesville for the past 16 years with there two sons, Jacob and Andrew. When not teaching you will find her and her family working on wood working projects. She has a love for home decor which lead her to start her own business this year, FamilyDesign LLC. Mrs. Smith loves spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and hanging out with there life group friends from church. Her and her family are actively involved with there boy's life groups and members of Northview Church. 

 

Sarah Dardeen (Director at Union Street Location) - Mrs. Sarah Dardeen is married to Sergeant Lance Dardeen of the IMPD and has 3 children, Abigail (16), Aiden (7) and Isaac (4)whom will attend Faith Montessori Noblesville this year. Her older two children attend Westfield Schools. She has worked at many different schools throughout her years, including working with Special Education Students at Fishers Jr. High, Fishers High School, and subbing at Faith Montessori Westfield and Noblesville last year. She has also coached cheerleading at Fishers Jr. High and Westfield Middle School. In her personal time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, shopping, vacationing at the beach and watching her kids in their different sporting events. She is looking forward to a wonderful year and meeting your sweet little kiddos.

 

 

 

Dawn McGraw (Union Language & Math) - Mrs. Mcgraw has taught at Faith for 10 years. She grew up in Columbus, Indiana and earned her teaching degree from Ball State University. She is married to her college sweetheart, Mike, and taught for 8 years in Warren Township (1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade.). She has 2 children of her own and loves spending everyday with the children of Faith Montessori. 

 

Kat Smith (Open Door Language & Math) - Mrs. Smith has a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in Art. She taught art at the high school level for 6 years. She also has experience teaching community art lessons from ages 5- adult, and volunteers at her church as a Sunday school teacher in the preschool classroom. Mrs. Smith is married to her husband of 13 years and they have 2 daughters. 

 

Mrs. Selky (Kindergarten Techer at Union) - Mrs. Selky has a degree in Elementary Education.  Mrs. Selky has 2 children and a wonderful husband.  She is an amazing teacher and has such a love for the Lord.  She loves spending time with familiy.

 

 

 

 

Kayley Turner -(Lifepointe Language/Math teacer) - Hi! My name is Kaley Turner :) I am so excited to start teaching Language and Math at Lifepointe this year. I grew up in Brownsburg and studied early childhood education & special education at USI and IUPUI. I have been married to my husband, Nathan, for 9 years. We have a 5 year old, Avery, who went to Lifepointe for 2 years. She will be starting Kindergarten this week and was devastated to leave Lifepointe (her “favorite place ever”). I have so many fun and exciting things planned for this school year and look forward to getting to know all of you!

 

 Stephanie Allen (Union Practical Life) - Mrs. Allen has volunteered or worked in early childhood education most of her adult life. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Before having children she worked for Headstart childcare centers around Denver, CO and also in Child Welfare. Starting a family brought her & her husband back to Indiana where both of her children attended Union Faith Montessori. She loves nature and experiencing how unique, different & special every child is.

 

Kristen King (Union 2/3's Teacher) - Mrs. King has a passion for working with children and spending time with her family. She has been married to her husband for 21 years and they have 2 children. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and other outdoor activities. She previously worked at Westfield schools in the special education department. She went to IUPUI and is a licensed MA. Mrs. King grew up in Indianapolis and has lived in Noblesville for the past 20 years. 

 

Morgan McCandless (Union 2/3's Asst. Teacher) - Morgan has worked for Faith Montessori for 3 years and we are excited to have her as apart of our staff. 

 
Megan Alvarez (Lifepointe Director) - Megan graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She holds a teaching license in Early Childhood and Elementary Primary. She has experience teaching preschool, pre-k, kindergarten, and ESL. She lives in Westfield with her husband and her kids- Evie (7), Mila (5) and Beau (2). Beau goes to Faith Montessori! Her older girls go to St. Maria Goretti Catholic School. She loves to spend time outside, especially going to outdoor concerts as a family in the summer time. Megan loves Faith Montessori and is passionate that children learn best through play and exploration.

 

Kristine Walker (Lifepointe Bible and Practical Life Teacher) - Mrs. Walker has been with Faith Montessori since 2020. She is so excited and blessed to be your child's Bible and Practical Life teacher. Her experience in the educational setting as teacher/Instructional Assistant and other various roles includes 18+years K-5. She is married to her husband Tom of 35 years and they have 4 grown children JaLyn (Brian) Chris (Sue) Jasmin (Randy) Jared (Ashley) and 4 grandchildren. She lived in Louisville, KY for over 30 years and relocated to Noblesville in 2017 and simply love it here. 
 
 
 Tammy Larrimore (Lifepointe Science Teacher) - Mrs. Larrimore has been married to her husband Tony for 22 years and have 2 amazing boys, Dacian and Tristen. She is originally from the Midwest but spent 14 years in Arizona where she started working in the childcare/preschool field. After relocating to Indiana, she worked as an instructional assistant at the elementary school, working with kindergarten and 1st grade. She has 16 years of experience working with children pre-k - 7years old. While outside of school she enjoys boating, traveling, running, hiking, and biking. 
 
 
Gina Rule (Lifepointe Language & Math Teacher) - Ms. Rule is in her 2nd year as the Language/Math teacher at the Lifepointe location.  She has over 20+ years experience in education. She had been in many roles ranging from Pre-k teacher to Assistant Director. She has a daughter (Chelsea) and five grandchildren( Adrienna, Cameron, Ellen, Fletcher and Brilan). She loves to camp, fish and watch movies.  When she isn’t busy teaching you will find her busy packing orders for her online candy store- Peace Love Sugar.
 
Kari Ownbey (Lifepointe 2/3's Teacher) - Mrs. O is in her second year as the lead 2's teacher at the Lifepointe location. Before joining Faith, she taught three different age groups (1's, 2's, and preschool) at a local daycare and preschool in Westfield. She also taught 3's, pre-K, Kindergarten, and 2nd grade in Nashville, TN. With several years working in an alternative high school, she has over twelve years experience in education. She has been married to her husband, (known to the students as "Mr. Nate") for ten years and they have two daughters, Elzette and Andli. It is a joy for her to see students learn and grow throughout each year!"

 

Maggie Lutz (Lifepointe 2/3's Teacher) - Maggie is married to her husband, Nathan, and has an 8 year old son, Madison. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, she and her family moved to Noblesville in 2015. Maggie started at Faith in 2022 after her son had attended for pre-K and Kindergarten. She’s spent several years as a stay-at-home mom, as well as working with children at a swim school and in the local school system. She’s extremely passionate about science, nature and the importance of early childhood education. She spends her free time reading, growing veggies in her garden, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

 

  Nancy Meckstroth (Union Street Science Teacher) - Hi Faith Families ๐Ÿ˜€ I’m Mrs. M (Meckstroth) . I am so happy to be returning as the Science ๐Ÿ”ฌteacher this upcoming year.  Originally from West Virginia ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’› Let’s Go Mountaineers!! My husband Aaron and I moved to Indiana almost 8 years ago and we have absolutely loved growing our family here.  We have three kids.., Aria, who will be going in to the 1st grade, Maverick, who will be starting Kindergarten at Faith with the wonderful Mrs. Selky, and Ford, who will be returning to the 2’s and 3’s class with sweet Mrs. Kris.
